Concerts
For the last five years, Buddha Hall has gained a special reputation for organizing regular Indian classical music concerts by musicians with national reputations in various types of music, such as instrumental and vocal. Buddha Hall holds classes on Indian classical music, especially flute, guitar, tabla, shahnai, sarod, santoor and sitar. Thus far concerts have been held twice a week;this is likely to continue and be expanded (for example, foreign experts have taught special classes on belly and African dances).
The centre always welcomesnew classes(please do contact us); a special space has been created to facilitate these and any courses. Next year there will be workshops held by the Kangra Institute of Paintings and Art exhibitions.
Note: Buddha Hall has an warm, airy and spacious hall, as well as other facilities,to hostall kinds of multicultural activities that will benefit humanity, inspire progress and create happiness.
