About the Course
This 11-day immersive course offers a deeply nourishing blend of therapeutic yoga and meditation designed to support complete healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Participants will be gently guided through body-based practices, ancient meditation techniques, breathwork, mantra, and mindful movement. Each session is structured to gradually deepen awareness while supporting healing at every level.
What is Therapeutic Yoga?
Therapeutic Yoga is a gentle, healing-focused approach that integrates traditional yoga postures with breathwork, mindfulness, energy awareness, and meditation. It is designed for all levels, especially those seeking relief from stress, anxiety, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm.
Unlike more athletic or performance-based yoga styles, therapeutic yoga places emphasis on nervous system regulation, joint mobility, breath-body connection, and subtle energy alignment. It supports the body’s natural healing processes and prepares the mind for deeper meditation practices.
Why It’s Essential for Complete Healing
True healing involves more than physical wellness. It requires alignment between the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. This course supports complete healing by helping participants release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with their inner presence.
Through mindful movement, breath-centered practices, and intentional rest, students experience relief from physical and emotional blocks. The practices also support mental clarity, spiritual connection, and inner resilience, making this course ideal for those seeking both wellness and awakening.
Postures and Techniques Taught
Throughout the course, you will learn foundational therapeutic postures such as Supta Baddha Konasana for opening the heart and hips, Cat-Cow flow for spinal mobility and energy regulation, Child’s Pose for deep grounding, and the Pawanmuktasana joint series to awaken energy channels. Each posture is taught with a therapeutic intention—emphasising slow movement, conscious breathing, and energy awareness rather than physical achievement. These practices are accessible, deeply relaxing, and profoundly healing.
